According to the company's announcement, the world's most famous super intelligent chatbot will be able to access the internet and connect to plugins from other companies.

“We are rolling out web browsing and plugins to all ChatGPT Plus users next week! Moving from alpha to beta, they allow ChatGPT to access the internet and use over 70 different plugin types," OpenAI said in its statement.

Given the time since the announcement was made, some ChatGPT Plus users should already be enjoying the new features implemented in the AI.

Before making the announcement, OpenAI had already made the changes available to Beta users of ChatGPT Plus.

According to reports, in the first test updates the number of plugins allowed was only 11, evolving gradually until the official announcement.

With access to plugins and the internet, ChatGPT will be able to do new tasks, such as accessing databases restricted, fill in forms alone and access updated data, like other artificial intelligences already has done.

In its free version, the OpenAI chatbot is restricted to information released until the year 2021 and demonstrates some other difficulties in understanding prompts (questions) made by users.
