A luxury Japanese restaurant Sushi Kanesaka, located in London, England, decided to ban the entry of customers who use perfume. According to the organizers of the place, the rule is part of their dress code.
The restaurant's main argument is that perfume fragrances can detract from the aroma of meals on the menu. More specifically, the vinegar in the recipes and the fish would be overshadowed by the smell of the customers' perfumes.

Sushi Kanesaka is located on the premises of the luxury Dorchester Collection hotel, 45 Park Lane. The restaurant is already known for having a dress code that prohibits access with caps, sneakers and sportswear.
However, another thing that impresses in the place are the high prices of the dishes, which can reach 420 pounds (approximately R$ 2,500) per person.
It has not yet been confirmed how the restaurant will be able to supervise the use of perfumes on site. However, since the opening of the restaurant, chef Kanesaka, who is the owner of the place, has stated that his menu has been prepared to offer the true essence of the

The importance of preserving the aromas of meals
The world of luxury restaurants is extremely competitive, so each chef prepares his menu with extreme dedication and complete attention to detail.
In the case of the Japanese restaurant, it is traditional to create delicate dishes with balanced flavors, which are even more “sensitive” with regard to the influence of the surrounding aromas.
In the case of Sushi Kanesaka, the aim of the restaurant is to offer an authentic gastronomic experience to its customers.
