That's right. You don't need to call an exorcist or a medium to expel that ghost from your belly.

According to doctor Janine Bowring, whose video on the subject has already generated more than 7.3 million views on TikTok, the “ghost poo” shows that you can be considered as “one of the healthiest people on the planet” – in her words!

"If, when you wipe the toilet paper, there's no residue, that means your diet has a good amount of fiber and you're adequately hydrated," she explained.

I do this and I don't have 'ghostly experiences' every day

In fact, this is just one of the models of “ideal stools” your body can produce. Doctors use the so-called Bristol Scale to assess the “health” of “works”, analyzing characteristics such as their color and consistency.

The scale goes from 1 to 7, with 1 being the stool of a very constipated person and 7 for diarrhea or other intestinal disorders.

Ideally, stools should be in the 4: when they are soft, they come out without difficulty and look like a sausage or snake.
