Preparing your garlic bread

Garlic holds many benefits for human health, such as colon cancer prevention, antifungal and antibacterial action, cardiovascular protection and maintenance of good brain functionality. With that, garlic bread, in addition to being delicious, can be good for your body. See tips on how to prepare yours!

To prepare your garlic bread you will need:

  • 5 breads of your choice;
  • 2 tablespoons of butter;
  • 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese;
  • 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic;
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese;
  • 1 tablespoon of green smell or chives.

Method of preparation

First, mix the melted butter, the cottage cheese, the garlic, the parmesan cheese and a little chives in a bowl until it is in a paste and homogeneous consistency.

Then cut the buns in the shape you prefer. But if it's French bread, cut diagonally to form toast. Soon after, spread the paste generously on the cut breads.

Finally, put the buns in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes at 180°C. Then, remove them from the oven, let them cool and place them on a decorated plate and garnish with chopped chives or parsley on top.
