To prepare your garlic bread you will need:
First, mix the melted butter, the cottage cheese, the garlic, the parmesan cheese and a little chives in a bowl until it is in a paste and homogeneous consistency.
Then cut the buns in the shape you prefer. But if it's French bread, cut diagonally to form toast. Soon after, spread the paste generously on the cut breads.
