Approved by the Women's Rights Commission, the new social benefit will be launched in 2022 after passing in plenary. Only women who are heads of household, without a partner or spouse, and who have a minor person under their guardianship receive this aid. In addition, they must have a family income of up to half a minimum wage (R$606.00) per person, or even a total family income of up to three minimum wages per month (R$3,636.00).
