It is important to mention that, if you do not use coconut milk in the recipe, you can use regular cow's milk. However, there will be a change in the taste and texture of your cake.

Creamy tapioca cake recipe

Ingredients:

  • 750 ml of milk;
  • 200 ml of coconut milk;
  • 2 cups of sugar tea;
  • 400g of granulated tapioca;
  • 100 g of grated coconut;
  • 1 condensed milk;
  • Vanilla essence (optional)

Method of preparation:

  1. In a pan, heat the milk and let it reach almost boiling;
  2. In a bowl, place the granulated tapioca and sugar;
  3. Then gradually add the hot milk;
  4. Let this mixture rest for 10 minutes, stirring a few times to incorporate;
  5. After that time, add the grated coconut, condensed milk, coconut milk and a few drops of vanilla essence and mix everything;
  6. So, take this mixture and pour it into a greased shape with butter;
  7. Finally, put a plastic film to cover and take it to the fridge for 4 hours to get a good consistency.

To finish and make this cake even tastier and very beautiful, putting some syrup on it is a good idea. option, either with condensed milk and grated coconut or a more incremented recipe of four milks.

Optional: 4 milk syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 200 ml coconut milk;
  • 2 tablespoons full of powdered milk;
  • 1/2 box of milk cream.

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients listed above until you get a creamy and homogeneous consistency;
  2. Then pour all the mixture over the cake and it's ready to eat!
