One of the alternatives to the use of pesticides is agroecology, a cultivation method that reduces or eliminates the use of chemical fertilizers. In its place, some plant species are adopted, respecting biodiversity and crop rotation.
But there are those who do not consider it the best solution, as the productivity of agroecological plantations and orchards is lower. For this group, the solution would be to reduce the amount of product used.
