Treatment pronouns are from the class of personal pronouns, it is an elementary school subject and quite addressed in the National Secondary Education Examination (ENEM), public and private entrance exams and exams throughout the country.
Basically, “treatment” is the way in which the speaking subject addresses the interlocutor, referring to the person being spoken to. Although this treatment is directed to the second person, the grammatical agreement must be done with the third person.
