Sony's annual subscriptions are subject to an increase of around 40%; understand the reasons

However, it is worth noting that the annual subscription will still have discounts, compared to the monthly service. Therefore, the new values ​​for the Sony subscription are:

• Essential: increase of 39%, previously R$199.90, now R$278.90;

• Extra: increase of 40%, previously R$339.90, now R$475.90;

• Deluxe: increase of 38%, previously R$389.90, now R$538.90.

Therefore, these should be the additions to PS Plus subscription plans, bringing users a very high value.

According to Sony, the change implemented is only for new subscriptions or annual renewals. Therefore, it will have no effect on the already active plans of players and users of the platforms. PS5 and PS4.
