The anime, which has existed since 1984, created by Akira Toriyama, adapts the story of the Chinese tale “Journey to the West”. During the episodes, it tells the story of Goku, a young alien with extraordinary strength and several other powers, who lived his childhood in isolation.
After he meets young Bulma, his life changes, leading him to begin an incessant search for the Dragon Balls. Together, they embark on a long journey to find the seven spheres, which together can grant a wish.
In Brazil, the story was under the responsibility of Conrad Editora, published in 2000. In Taiwan, the new collection will cover all the main characters.
Currently, Méqui do Brasil has a collection inspired by the Pokémon franchise. The new gifts invite children to become little Pokémon Masters, with new cards to carry out the Ultimate Battle.
In Instagram video, it is possible to learn a little more about the new features that will come to McLanche Feliz. However, consumers did not like the news very much. In comments on the publication, you can see complaints.
“With so much Pokémon to make the toys, will you make cards? Not even the children can take it anymore,” said one internet user. In another comment, a consumer accused fast food of not having more creativity, as they are repeating the freebie.
Finally, many internet users even suggested that others go to Burger King, the competitor, as there the toast is “not made of paper”. McDonald’s next campaign in Brazil will involve characters from the Patrulha Canina cartoon.
