According to the program, professionals approved by the program will have the opportunity to learn, in theory and in practice, the Protocol International Performance Measurement and Verification (IPMVP), methodology used worldwide by sector experts, with update permanent. Once the training is completed, they will take the exam for certification as an Energy Performance Measurement and Verification Analyst (PMVA).
Recalling that the energy transition is one of the pillars of the sector's sustainability strategy, Senai's superintendent of Professional and Higher Education, Felipe Morgado understands that, “by seeking partnerships with renowned international institutions such as EVO, Senai shows that it is the industry's main ally for labor qualified.”
EVO president Mark Lister, in turn, recognizes that the agreement responds to the demands of a more sustainable economy. “By adapting products and certification models, EVO is willing to cooperate with old and new partners to pursue its mission and vision. The agreement with SENAI is a great example of how EVO remains flexible, present and relevant locally and globally”, he highlights.
While completing the accreditation process, which should take place by the end of this year, EVO and SENAI align their respective training and certification programs and prepare local instructors.
