Start to revenue preparing chocolate cake. This way, it will have enough time to bake and cool while you prepare the filling.
Making the cake
Grease a round pan and preheat the oven to 180°C. Then, in a bowl, mix the wheat flour, sugar and chocolate powder.
Otherwise, beat the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla essence until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then mix the dry ingredients with the liquid mixture, stirring until there are no lumps. Lastly, add the yeast and mix gently.

Making the passion fruit mousse

Cut the passion fruits in half and remove the pulp along with the seeds. With a sieve in hand, pass the fruit pulp to separate the juice from the seeds.
After passing through a sieve, mix the passion fruit juice, condensed milk and cream in a bowl until you obtain a creamy mixture.
Assembling the cake
Cut the chocolate cake in half, horizontally. After cutting it, spread a generous amount of filling on the bottom layer.
Join the two halves of the cake and use the remaining mousse to place on top of it. You can use passion fruit seeds and grate pieces of chocolate to decorate and finish the dessert.
