To prepare this delicious roasted kibbeh, see below the ingredients needed:
1 lemon juice;
Olive oil;
300g grated mozzarella cheese;
1 teaspoon of dehydrated garlic;
1 onion chopped into small cubes;
1 and a half cups of hot water;
1 and a half cups of wheat for roasted kibbeh;
Half a tube of cream cheese;
15 chopped mint leaves;
1 tablespoon butter at room temperature;
1 teaspoon of Syrian pepper;
1 teaspoon of chili pepper;
1 teaspoon of salt;
500g of ground meat;
Half a cup of green scented tea.
Firstly, it is ideal to leave the wheat for kibe hydrating in a bowl with hot water and closed with cling film for better use.
Let the mixture sit for at least 40 minutes after adding the hot water to the wheat.
After that, add ground beef, onion, mint leaves, butter, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice and green chillies to the flour. Once the mixture is made, press everything with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Grease the pan with olive oil, create a first layer with the kibbeh dough and add the cheese and cream cheese just above. Then, add another layer of the mixture and place in the oven to bake at 230°C, for around 35 to 40 minutes.
With that done, just wait for the kibbeh to cook for the indicated period, remove from the oven and cut into slices to serve with your meal!
