To prevent other people from being harmed by criminal actions, the Federal Government offered important instructions to carry out debt negotiations safely on the Desenrola Brasil website.
Firstly, the agreement for the second phase of the program must be made on the official renegotiation platform.
To participate in the program, you must first create an account gov.br silver and gold levels. This registration must be done on the official Federal Government page, which allows access to different digital public services in Brazil.
Finally, the Federal government advised that any attempted fraud or scam must be reported to the creditor and the authorities, through the “record of police incidents, contact with Procons, and telephone exchange of the creditor with which the debtor has the debt".
The second phase of Desenrola Brasil is available to people who receive up to two minimum wages or who are registered in the Federal Government's Single Registry for Social Programs.
