Founded in 2019, the burger restaurant faced a drop in revenue over six months and recorded a loss for the first time in four years.
The inspiration for the self-service burger service came from Renan's father-in-law, who recalled having offered a similar buffet at their own wedding, which was a big hit with guests. guests.
Faced with the need to increase revenue, Renan decided to implement the suggestion. The positive results were great, and the service, initially only available on Wednesdays and Thursdays, became part of the restaurant's fixed menu from this week onwards.
To guarantee the quality of the products, Joe Robert invested in a menu with hot and cold ingredients, as well as the presence of nutritionists who monitor the temperature of the food.
Due to high demand, the burger restaurant acquired new equipment to provide more comfort to customers and protect the integrity of the food.
In addition to self-service burgers, Joe Robert offers another attraction for its customers: retro video games. The establishment has a themed decoration and offers games with more than five thousand titles on all tables, with two controllers available for customers to play for an hour.
Those who wish to continue playing can extend the fun for a fee of R$10. In self-service, customers can enjoy beef, chicken and Tuscan burgers with dried meat.
In addition, the menu has several side dishes options that allow you to create more than a thousand combinations, as announced by the founder. The burger joint also plans to include vegan options shortly.
The self-service service is offered in two versions: “Rodízio da Casa” and “Rodízio Premium”, with the second alternative offering more starters and drinks.
From Monday to Tuesday, the Rodízio da Casa costs R$59.90, and the Rodízio Premium, R$89.90. From Wednesday to Sunday and on holidays, both types of rotation have an increase of R$10.00.
