Bruno Montejorge, current vice-president of marketing from the startup, points out that new generations are more willing to negotiate advantages and even make concessions to be able to work in less pressured environments.
With this, according to Montejorge, a new standard of employment relationships is created, in which more flexible companies are able to retain the best professionals.
“With the new market scenario, as more people from generation Y and Z reach positions of greater influence in organizations, this movement should intensify”, highlighted the executive.
To reach the results obtained, Swile analyzed testimonials, information and professional histories of more than one million workers in Brazil alone.
