To the professions are divided into eight distinct areas. The guide illustrates which sectors lead the hiring process in each of them, which types of professionals are in high demand and which are more difficult to find.
As outlined in the Salary Guide for 2024, several sectors stand out as leaders in hiring and expected to grow. These include Agribusiness, Industry, Retail, Technology, Energy and Health (operators and pharmacies).

In the Sales and Marketing area, which includes certifications such as Power BI, CRM, Google Ads, SEO and Inbound Marketing, we found average salaries for positions such as General Manager, Market Intelligence Analyst, Marketing Analyst – Marketplace and CRM/CX.
Technology
In the Technology sector, where certifications in infrastructure, networks, cloud and information security are fundamental, there are average salaries for positions such as Generalist IT Manager, Specialist/Data Scientist, ERP Consultant and Security Analyst Full.
