Unbeatable household tactics to save money

Is your IQ high? THIS is the greatest proof of your intelligence!

Seek expert advice before applying this method. The ingredients are generally harmless, but may cause adverse reactions in certain animals.

Homemade talcum powder recipe

Ingredients:

  • Half a cup of cornstarch;
  • Two tablespoons of dry eucalyptus leaves;
  • Two tablespoons of dry citronella;
  • Two tablespoons of dried lavender.

Method of preparation:

  1. Grind the eucalyptus leaves and citronella until they turn into powder.
  2. Add the dried lavender and grind until a homogeneous fine texture is obtained.
  3. In a container add the cornstarch and the previously crushed mixture and mix well, until all the ingredients are well integrated.

Cornstarch, the hero of the ingredients, not only leaves your pet's fur soft, but also helps to fix the mixture on the pet's body.

Eucalyptus leaves, in addition to repelling fleas, add a refreshing touch. And if you think citronella is just for candles, you're wrong! It keeps away dust mites, mosquitoes and flies. Finally, lavender, in addition to a pleasant smell, makes everything more relaxing.

How to apply:

  1. Spray the mixture onto your dog's back and belly.
  2. Massage gently to distribute the talcum powder.
  3. No need to brush or rinse.

The recipe is made with all the love and care, but it is important to mention that it is not recommended for cats. Our feline friends are sensitive to the scents of eucalyptus and lavender, and the last thing we want is to make them uncomfortable.
