Enel Social Tariff
Enel's social tariff offers discounts of up to 65%, applied based on household consumption. This discount is cumulative and varies depending on the installation's consumption, limited to 220 kWh per month.
The advantage is greater for lower consumption. Enel's social tariff is aimed at families registered with CadÚnico, with a monthly family income per person equal to or less than half the national minimum wage.

Favela Residential Tariff (Sabasp)

With a minimum value of R$7, the tariff is applied for monthly consumption of up to 10m³. To be eligible for this program, you must have passed through Água Legal, a program that regularizes water networks in regions of great social vulnerability.
In addition, the criteria include being unemployed (without just cause), owning a single-family residence of up to 60m², have a family income of up to three minimum periods, and have a consumption of up to 170kWh/month and 15m³/month.
The benefit can be requested through the Sabesp Mobile application, through Sabesp's virtual agency or through the program's in-person agency.
Social Residential Tariff (Sabasp)
Sabesp's Residential Social Tariff is useful for single-family homes (where only one family lives), unemployed people, collective housing or those in a situation of removal from risk areas.
To take advantage of this benefit, it is necessary to meet certain criteria, such as having a family income of at least three months, being a resident of a house with a useful built area of up to 60m², have a consumption of up to 170 kWh/month and do not have subsidies related to immobile.
Furthermore, a registered residence must not consume more than 15m³ of water per month. The benefit has an exclusive duration of up to 12 months.
Just like the Favela Residential Tariff, the benefit can be requested through the Sabesp Mobile application, through Sabesp's virtual agency or through the program's in-person agency.
