Tip 1: Eliminate belly fat with calorie control

Amanda advised monitoring total intake of calories along the day. Creating a slight calorie deficit, she says, can significantly contribute to fat loss, especially in the lower belly area.

Tip 2: Try to limit processed foods

Avoiding processed foods is crucial, according to the personal trainer. Amanda warned about the added sugars present in these foods, which promote weight gain, especially in the belly area. Her recommendation was to focus on whole-grain options to ensure essential nutrients without unnecessary additives.

Tip 3: Do cardiovascular exercise to burn belly calories

Regular cardiovascular exercise was highlighted by Amanda as an effective way to burn calories and promote overall fat loss. She suggested activities like running, cycling and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to achieve better results.

Tip 4: Practice strength training

The inclusion of strength training targeting the core and lower body was recommended by the personal trainer. Compound movements such as squats and deadlifts have been touted as beneficial for several muscle groups, including the lower abdominals.

Tip 5: Bet on abdominal exercises and lose belly fat

Amanda emphasized the importance of specifically working the stomach area with exercises such as planks, reverse crunches and leg raises. She suggested investing in a personal trainer to optimize results.

Tip 6: Do pilates and yoga

Finally, the personal trainer recommended the pilates and yoga as ways to engage and strengthen core muscles. After all, these low-impact exercises, according to her, help to improve muscle tone in the lower part of the belly and increase general flexibility.
