Whoever says that the act of educating is easy and peaceful lies. The pedagogical process is complex and exhausting. Educating, both formally and informally, is a cyclical process that takes a lot of work. It requires dedication, patience, knowledge, donation and an almost inexplicable dose of good will and love. Educating goes far beyond the walls of the school, where the educational process takes place from a pedagogical and social point of view. It is educated at home, at the club, at church, with family members, in everyday life, through words and examples. One educates for life, according to the family values established by each family and each society. All adults who educate, in general, are always well intentioned. The phrase “Be polite, my son” is constantly repeated, but we do not always apply our speeches in everyday life. Even realizing that our postures are being looked at by the minor, as if we were a mirror. Problems and fatalities occur at school, at home, on the street, in life. As we are true and value each event in the right dimension, we are introducing children and young people to the real world, of reason and emotion, in a balanced way. We are preparing citizens. It is important to always guide them, let them know that not everything happens as we want and as we plan. Letting them experience some unpleasant events will strengthen them. Letting them participate (within their limits) in family matters will help them learn to overcome challenges and difficulties. Whoever plants education cannot be in a hurry, as it is a slow process whose harvest will be done by future generations. Educating is not an art, but living is an art.
