ACTIVITIES ABOUT STUDENTS' RIGHTS AND DUTIES

Activities on students' rights and duties are important so that children can understand that everyone within a community has some roles and needs to follow rules.

With the purpose of helping to build the autonomy of children and adolescents within the scope school, from knowledge and participation in the construction of two rights and duties within the school.

Activities on Student Rights and Duties

Some readings can also be developed, dividing the room into groups so that each one can read a strip of some text that involves the proposed theme.

It is important to give the child the possibility to build their own story with the rights and duties inserted.

Depending on which year this work will be carried out, it is important to mention that there are laws that protect these same children and to talk about the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA).

Activities on Student Rights and Duties

It is important to emphasize the rights and duties of students:

Learn important things for life;

Learn manners;

Study and seek new knowledge;

Have a good quality lunch;

Have recreation and leisure at school;

Play sports;

Develop creative skills;

Participate in sports tournaments and scavenger hunts;

Participate in cultural events;

Have guidance on health, hygiene, sexuality;

Activities on Student Rights and Duties

DUTY OF STUDENTS:

Be punctual with your school activities;

Be punctual in class hours;

Speak one at a time in the classroom;

Request leave when necessary;

Ask “please” to the teacher, colleagues and staff;

Give thanks whenever you receive something;

Behave well in line, without pushing colleagues;

Do not interrupt the teacher or classmate when they are speaking;

Do not nickname or insult colleagues;

Respect colleagues, professors and employees;

Participate in classes;

Watch over the furniture and the school building;

Take care of school supplies;

Behave well in the cafeteria;

It is important to show children these rights and duties and ask if they practice these activities or follow the duties and ask for their opinion on each activity.
