The owner of the farm was in the hammock on the porch of his house, when a car came honking, he calmly went to open the gate and the engineers went down.
- We came to inform you that the new railroad will pass inside your farm - said one of the engineers.
– Ferr…what lad?
– Railroad… the iron train! repeated the engineer.
– Are you saying that the train will pass here inside my farm?
- Exactly.
So calmly the farmer said.
– Look here young man, if the train wants to come, it can come. but if you're thinking that, every day, I'm going to open the gate for him to pass, you're so wrong.
