Today's shoemakers are no longer those who manufacture shoes, but repair them.
The profession of shoemaker, as a shoemaker, is practically extinct. Custom-made shoes, however, are now a thing of the past. Even so, we find some remnants of this technique along the way. The reason for this extinction is due to industrialization and serial production, which took over the market. In this case, people no longer make custom shoes, _________ buy ready-made in stores.
