Step by step

The coordinator takes in his hands a ball (roll, ball) of string or wool.

Then he holds the tip of it in one of the fingers of your hand.

Ask people to pay attention to the presentation he will make of himself. So, shortly after introducing himself briefly, saying who he is, where he comes from, what he does, etc., he throws the ball to one of the people in front of him.

This person picks up the skein and, after winding the thread around one finger, will repeat what he remembers about the person who has just introduced himself and who threw the skein at him.

After doing so, this second person will introduce themselves, saying who they are, where they come from, what they do etc...

This will happen successively, until everyone in the group says their personal data and gets to know each other.

As each one has thrown the ball forward, at the end there will be inside the circle a veritable web of matte linking them to each other.

Dynamics to Assess Teamwork

Dynamics to Assess Teamwork

the good of this dynamics is the fact that we only need colored cardboard.

a) Cut out cards of different colors, size approximately 10 x 5 cm, in sufficient numbers, so that no one is lacking.

b) Write on each card a meaningful phrase (it can be a Bible verse, part of a song, a thought, etc.).

c) Cut the cards in half, so that the sentence is divided.

How to make:

  1. The dynamic begins with the distribution of the two halves, taking care that everyone receives it.
  2. Establish a time for people to look for their halves.
  3. As each pair meets, they will look for a place to talk: the starting point is the phrase written on the card.
  4. After ten minutes or so, the facilitator asks some pairs to talk about the experience (how they felt, how was the meeting, etc.).
