Far from home

Dete was a fox cub who had lost her family in the forest. The first few days alone, Dete felt very cold and walked for hours until she found a small house. She knocked on the door and a nice couple beaver couple came out. After Dete told them what had happened, they sheltered the fox with great care.
The days passed and, as Dete couldn't find her family, she stayed with the beavers and they took good care of her. Every morning the beavers went out to gather food. Meanwhile, Dete was taking care of the house for them.

One day, while picking some fruit, the beavers found a pair of foxes who were looking for their missing daughter. Soon, the beavers assumed it was Dete. The little ones took the fox's parents to her and everyone was moved by the reunion.
Dete's parents were very grateful to the beavers for taking care of their daughter and they became great friends.
