Just a minute!

Giro is playing on mom's computer.
'Giro, can you please set the table for dinner? – Mom yells from the kitchen.
– Just a minute, Mom! – Giro yells back. He's still playing the game.
Minutes pass.
– Giro, I need you to set the table now! – says Mom, next to Giro.
– All right, Mom… Let me just finish this… Game… And… – Giro's voice trails off as he clicks the mouse over and over.
– Spin, look at me – Mom says, seriously.

I turn in a wink and turn to look at Mom.
– What was I asking you?
– Hmmm… So I can clean my room? - Asks Giro, making an effort.
- No. To set the table. It's dinnertime, and we usually eat with plates, not at an empty table,” Mom says. She is tapping her foot impatiently now.
Even making a little joke, Mom is upset.
– Sorry, Mom. I just wanted to finish my game first. - Giro feels really bad.
“I understand,” says Mom, “but if you can't do your homework, no more computer for a week. Understood? - she asks.
- Just look! - Giro yells, jumping out of his chair. He runs into the kitchen and sets the table in record time.
