This is considered the biggest typhoon in Asia in decades. With winds of 160 kilometers per hour when it reached China, the typhoon had passed through Luzon, north from the Philippines, on Friday the 14th, with speeds of up to 255 km/h, where he left approximately 65 dead.
In China, storms caused by the phenomenon tore off roofs and part of the structure of skyscrapers, in addition to causing many floods.
In Hong Kong, trees fell to the ground, commercial buildings had broken windows, several transport services were suspended (closed highways, for example) and nearly 900 flights were cancelled. According to the BBC, it is estimated that around 200 have been injured so far.
