The book brings a nostalgic story narrated in the first person by a girl who lived her childhood in her grandparents' house. Describing details of her routine on the farm, the narrator introduces the reader to the simple life in the countryside. The narrative, in such an engaging way, awakens the affective and sensory memory of the reader, making _____________ that he is even able to imagine/feel the smells and flavors of that very special place.
