The body

Our bodies are precious and everyone needs their bodies a lot. We need to keep it clean, fed, and in proper posture.
Living beings need certain amounts of the nutrients contained in food. Eating well is not about eating a lot, but maintaining a balanced diet, that is, a diet that provides all the nutrients needed by the body and in the right amount.
Proper nutrition helps to promote growth, health and reproduction in living beings.
