He was once a king, cruel and unjust, who displeased everyone in his kingdom.
One day, he was passing through a forest when he saw a fox being chased by a hunting dog. The dog bit the fox in the leg and left it with a limp.
Later, when he was passing through the village, he saw the same hunting dog barking at a man. The man threw a boulder and broke the dog's leg. So, that man went on his way, until he was kicked by a horse. He fell and broke his knee. After injuring the man, the horse started to run away, but fell into a ditch and broke his leg.
When the king saw all this, he realized that if he continued to be cruel to his people, one day he too would have to face cruelty. So he decided to change and became a just and generous king.
