Fresh food

After meals, the leftover food goes straight to the fridge. And when the refrigerator didn't exist? Before, meat and fish needed to be salted and dried in the sun, wind or fire so as not to spoil. Fruits were also dried or cooked. Another trick was to season the food. This prevents the reproduction of bacteria.
