Chocolate Cake Blender

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• ¾ cup of tea oil
• 1 and ½ cup of sugar
• ¾ cup whole milk tea
• 1 pinch of salt
• ¾ cup of cocoa powder 50% cocoa
• 2 tea cups of wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder

Method of preparation

1. First of all, take a cake pan with a central hole and grease it with a little butter and flour. Reserve;
2. Then put the oil, eggs and milk in the blender, and then beat for one minute;
3. Soon after, add the wheat flour, the chocolate powder 50%, the sugar, the vanilla essence and the salt. Done that, beat for another minute;
4. Finally, add the yeast and beat a little more to form a very homogeneous mass;
5. Place the dough in the previously greased and floured mold, place in the oven at 180°C and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. To check if it's done, open the oven carefully and put a toothpick in the cake, if it comes out dry it's ready;
6. Finally, turn off the oven, wait to cool down and serve. If you wish, make a brigadier syrup and put it on top.

Ingredients

• 3 spoons of corn starch
• 1 cup of sugar
• 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder 50%
• 3 tablespoons of butter

Method of preparation

Take a pan and put it on low heat. Put the butter to melt, and then add the other ingredients. Stir constantly until it starts to boil and thicken. Anyway, turn off the fire, unmold the cake and pour the syrup over it while it's still hot. Serve next and taste this amazing cake!
