Anyone who has ever watched Big Brother certainly knows who the Dummys are. They are Rede Globo employees who enter the house with a super mysterious outfit to help the participants in dynamics or perform the tests before them as a demonstration.
In recent years, they gained even more prominence among the public, especially after Carla Diaz dressed in the uniform to return home after the false wall. Former participant Ana Clara also dressed as a Dummy to enter the house quickly during a party, in order to confuse the participants. Even Boninho sometimes wears Dummy clothes to sneak into the house and take a closer look.

All this attention on employees leaves the public wondering how much the people under the uniform are paid to do this job. According to a survey by André Romano, a columnist for the Observatório TV portal, each professional earns R$3,300 per month to work there. The contract lasts for four months and they also gain some benefits offered by Globo.
