The IDL assessment was developed by the Mongeral Aegon Longevity Institute, which brought together specialists in the subject. In the survey, forty Brazilian cities with a competitive advantage in elderly care were chosen. In these places, the standard of living is exemplary and serves as a model for other important cities.
