Salvador opens 150 vacancies in Public Tender for Teachers

The City Hall of Salvador announced the opening of yet another Public Contest. The selection is regulated by Public Notice No. 02/2019 and aims to promote the admission of professors. There will be 150 immediate vacancies within the period of validity of the public tender. In addition, there will be the formation of a reserve register.

The minimum percentage of 5% (five percent) of people with disabilities will be respected. The company responsible for the event is FGV. Candidates approved for the position of Municipal Teacher will be invited to carry out activities within the scope of the Municipal Department of Education (SMED).

It is necessary to have a specific higher education qualification, according to the area of ​​activity. Registration with the competent body is also required when required by law.

The hired professional will be remunerated with an initial salary ranging from R$ 1,242.68 to R$ 3,603.80. The workload varies from 20 to 40 hours per week.

Interested parties can register from 2:00 p.m. on April 8, 2019 until 4:00 p.m. on May 7, 2019. The process is online, on the FGV website. A registration fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged.

Selection

The selection of candidates will be made through objective, discursive and title tests. In addition, there will be a psychological evaluation.

Results will be published online at FGV website. They will also be published in the Official Gazette of the Municipality, available on the internet. In addition, the result will be on the website of the Municipal Management Secretariat.

The period of validity of the Public Tender is two years. The period will be counted from the date of publication of the Homologation in the Official Gazette of the Municipality. The validity can be extended only once for the same period.
