INSS beneficiaries also receive the 13th salary, depending on the aid the insured person is receiving. Payment is made in two installments, according to certain criteria. 13 of the INSS

This benefit is given to people who receive assistance for temporary disability, maternity salary, accident assistance, retirement, imprisonment assistance and death pension. In this sense, the INSS divides the payment of the 13th into two installments, the first of which will be distributed in August and September, and the second in November and December.

In addition, the agency divides its policyholders into two groups to make this payment: those who receive up to one minimum wage (R$1,212.00 in 2022) and those who receive more than one minimum wage.

Therefore, the calendar is defined according to the final NIS number, that is, the date you will receive depends on your final digit. Therefore, the dates for 2022 have already been announced. For those who earn up to a minimum wage:

• Final issue 1: August 25th and November 24th;
• Final issue 2: August 26 and November 25;
• Final issue 3: August 29 and November 28;
• Final issue 4: August 30th and November 29th;
• Final number 5: August 31st and November 30th;
• Final number 6: September 1st and December 1st;
• Final number 7: September 2nd and December 2nd;
• Final issue 8: September 5th and December 5th;
• Final number 9: September 6 and December 6;
• Final number 0: September 8 and December 7.

For those who earn more than one minimum wage:

• Final number 1 or 6: September 1st and December 1st;
• Final number 2 or 7: September 2nd and December 2nd;
• Final number 3 or 8: September 5th and December 5th;
• Final number 4 or 9: September 6 and December 6;
• Final number 5 or 0: September 8 and December 7.
