A Shell, one of the main oil companies in the world, is accepting applications for the internship program from the multinational. Vacancies are aimed at young people between 20 and 34 years old who have completed high school and who live in Rio de Janeiro.
The company's main activities are oil refining and natural gas extraction. It is one of the four largest in the world in the oil sector, alongside ExxonMobil, BP and Chevron, and the largest in terms of revenue. Shell operates in more than 70 countries in exploration and production, gas and energy, petrochemicals, renewable energy and trade and distribution.

Shell Iniciativa Jovem began in 2001, in Rio de Janeiro, offering an acceleration program for young people who want to start or boost their own business. The project has a team of partners, mentors and volunteers and uses modern tools to help these entrepreneurs. The objective is to transform these projects into ethical, economically viable and sustainable organizations, to generate impact and promote changes in society.
