To carry out this activity we will need: Activity board, white chalk or marker pen.

Step by step activity:

Many common names in our country start with the letter J, so let's work on this activity to include classmates who have this initial.

• Divide the room into two groups (girls and boys for example)
• Each hour, one participant from each group comes forward and needs to write a name on the board, with the initial J.
• You can put rules like for example:
  Boys can only name girls and vice versa.
• The team with the most names on the board wins.

This Activities with the letter J – A Boca do Jacaré aims to work with the word Jacaré. To expand vocabulary, let's make a fun game for children to discover and know more words with the letter J.

Step by step activity:

• With assistance, have the children draw an open-mouthed alligator on the entire sheet.
• You can print images of the alligator if you have the opportunity.
• Together with the children, think of words starting with the letter J to put on the cards.
• Also write words with other initials to help in the game.

The object of the game is to make the alligator eat only the words with the initial J.
